We take feedback seriously. This page explains how to raise a concern and sets out important disclaimers.

1. Our complaints promise

We aim to provide an excellent service at all times. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we want to know so we can put things right and improve.

2. How to make a complaint

In the first instance, please contact us by phone or email using the details below:

Please provide your name, contact details, a clear description of your concern, and what you would like us to do to resolve it.

3. What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to provide a full response within ten working days. If we need more time, we will let you know and explain why.

4. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can ask us to review the matter again. You also have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory bodies, including:

  • The General Pharmaceutical Council ( pharmacyregulation.org)
  • NHS England for concerns about NHS-funded services
